As of today, practitioners can use a new and much requested functionality: a blurred background during video calling.

No longer want your closet, plant or photographs clearly visible in the background during video calling? Practitioners can set their background to normal, slightly blurred or highly blurred. This way, they can ensure that their background is not a form of distraction, if they find it necessary.

Feedback from practitioners

Practitioners can ask questions or provide feedback about NiceDay’s functionalities via a helpdesk environment or the NiceDay Support Team. Using input from practitioners, their experiences and questions, we can continue to improve NiceDay. This functionality was also a request from practitioners, which we were able to quickly add to NiceDay!
