New onboarding for clients with chatbot Joy

Feedback showed that not all clients found it easy to start with NiceDay; too often, sending a connection request went wrong. Time for improvement! And so we’ve been working hard on a new and friendly onboarding for clients!

Chatbot Joy

After downloading the app, clients are greeted by a friendly chatbot named Joy. Joy will ask for the reason for downloading the app and send the connection request to the healthcare professional. This means that the client no longer has to do this himself!

Installation card

For this new onboarding, a new page for clients has also been created with a handy step-by-step plan for installation: the Installation card. Practitioners can share this page with their clients for an effortless start with NiceDay.
