NiceDay is constantly evolving and we strive to keep improving the portal, the app and the supporting psychoeducation for both clients and professionals. To do this we need the valuable input of our users! That is why we regularly ask for feedback, and here are the results from last November.
We’d like to share some of our main findings. For example, we see that the NiceDay E-learning, a 3-day program with which professionals are trained to work with NiceDay, is rated 4.6 out of 5 stars! ⭐ Being able to chat with clients via the NiceDay portal is the most appreciated functionality 💬 and our Support Team gets 4.3 out of 5 stars!
Plus, professionals that are trained in working 100% online, recommend NiceDay to their colleagues with a 7,8. Professionals that are trained in working the blended way, recommend NiceDay with an 8 out of 10!
