Chat is an essential feature within NiceDay: it facilitates low-threshold contact between client and professional. But often e-mail was still used for sending diagrams, exercises or attachments. In order to have everything safe in one environment and to keep in contact with clients as easily as possible, professionals and clients can now share files with each other.
Both the professional and the client can share PDF files and photos via chat. This allows the professional to easily share an exercise, or the client to take a picture of a planned activity. For example, when a client goes on a walk like her professional advised her to, or makes herself a healthy meal as part of taking good care of herself. In addition, it is possible to share important documents (in PDF form) for the treatment. In this way, the client always has all documents and information safe and at hand in the app.
All documents and photos are kept in a media library, accessible through the chat in the app and on the client’s profile in the portal. Sent a client the wrong document? Files and photos can be deleted at any time so that they are no longer visible to the client and in the media library.
