New: behaviour experiments in NiceDay!

Within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the thought record is widely used and it is one of the most popular functionalities in Niceday. A behaviour experiment is often used after a thought record, in which the client explores thoughts, expectations, and experiences about specific events and challenges negative thoughts. We think it is important that CBT is fully supported in NiceDay. Therefore this is now also available in the NiceDay app and portal!

What are behaviour experiments?

When clients suffer from anxiety, they often have unhelpful thoughts or expectations of a particular event. To discover these thoughts and experiences, the therapist can set up a behaviour experiment. The client can then see whether the expectation is actually fulfilled. A behaviour experiment is the natural next step to challenging negative thoughts after completing a thought record.
